More than 17 years of experience in accounting and finance mostly performed for pharmaceutical clients with general knowledge of contracts, procurement material management, and project controls. Working in the finance area of the business where I have been exposed to all levels of accounting starting with timekeeping and payroll, later on with accounts payable where I experienced and followed material and contract auditing from their bidding stages to their actual final payment disbursements. Subsequently moved on to Project Business Services where my main responsibilities included client billing, client customer services, accounts receivables and cost and billing reconciliations, and integrating with Project Controls systems within Fluor’s Integrated Framework. Currently performing Project Business Services functions where I am supervising personnel in all aspects of accounting at the project site and make sure that all Fluor procedures are in place and working well in order to ensure that all client needs are being met at a high level performance, accuracy and timely delivery. Actually moved on to Mining and Minerals division where I have expanded my knowledge to apply all aspects of my PBS functions as well as applying new procedures in order to maintain a high level of performance.
