With 45 years working in the construction bussiness, 29 years of those have been in Huatulco, I have participated in some of the more prestigious and succesfull developments in the area.Also, I have 30 years of experience in Real Estate bussiness in town.The time I have been working in Huatulco has given me the contacts to develope my activity, having excellent relations with suppliers and authorities. Furthermore, I have an excellent team of workers and sub-contractors, doing their activities with the highest standards of quality and price. My whole experience adds up to more than 550,000 square feet built.My job as Delegate of the Region offered me a different perspective and deepened my knowledge of the factors involved in continuing developing the area. It also benefited the previously established relationship with the community and its key participants.
