Company Operations

My main role is to analyze each new project, review all submittals, drawings, and specifications to ensure that the entire scope of work is understood, accurately forecast schedules to provide a complete package to our clients and project managers. Managing the bid process to ensure we deliver and execute as planned. We provide updated project information to avoid project delays and field errors, but at the end of the day one of the most important tasks in this job is to provide leadership and technical expertise to maintain existing procedures and continuous improvement, along with the evaluation of site conditions and work plans helping to the full utilization of schedules, and last is to make sure that the client understands the importance of our safety culture and how we take that to the next level, people first profit second.

My Job is to provide leadership and to establish and maintain effective harmonious working relationships of the on-site staff and to promote a positive project morale. also have a complete knowledge and understanding of the General Contract, each Subcontract, the contract drawings, specifications and addenda, and to assist the Project Manager in the development of the on-site procedures To examine design deficiencies, impractical details and possible code violations, and to bring these to the attention of the Project Manager who will review them with the Project engineer to assist the Project Manager and the Scheduling Manager in the development and refinement of the Project Schedule, and to work with the Project Manager to keep the schedules properly updated, and to see that the job meets the various required dates. To plan and review the Construction Program with the Project Manager including quality control procedures, safety and security practices, field office location and layout, temporary utilities, staging areas, equipment and manpower.

My main function as general foreman was to management of projects and work crews. work on one job site, or i may travel to various sites and provide supervision to several teams. As general foreman i had one or several foremen who report to me on a job site. make sure our crews have the resources to create an efficient working environment, keeps production costs low and helps maintain employee morale. Also general foreman usually reports to a superintendent and may be required to submit reports on employee performance, working conditions and productivity

My job was to work side by side with all the personnel involve in special events, soccer games, etc, Planning and scheduling is a important factor in this job, we have to make sure everything goes according to what we have schedule, meet all the perspectives from every eye also the most important is to finished every event on time and budget with out any incident or Safety issues.
