Accountable for maintenance and user experience on the company BI tools, from environment creation and optimization up to data transfer management on a multi-cloud structure, working with teams from Brazil, Germany and Mexico. Led projects to reduce costs on these tools, reaching more than $2.4MM in savings for the remaining of 2023. Leading complex migration projects from teams using different data tool versions, ensuring dataset health and reducing possible cost increases.

Ensure the execution of product deliveries and goals directly related to the company main product, being responsible for different metrics together with the UX, QA, Engineering and Marketing teams. Lead the creative, planning, development and launching process of product features and integration, aligning expectations with clients and other stakeholders.

Responsible for the CS team data management, reassuring their customer prioritization and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Created a product usage tracking documentation, allowing the product team to have access to consistent correct data and facilitating decision making. Led surveys directly with our customer and lead base, defining a new and more coherent pricing plan and market positioning.

Initially worked on Customer Service, understanding the daily routine of our userbase and their expectations with the product. Developed data management skills with the need of scaling the team time input and resources and facilitating the communication between CS and Product team.
