Building a new brand for holiday rentals in Alentejo. Managing and promoting properties while helping to improve the quality of the service we offer.

Leading a team of 10 people responsible for verifying and listing all properties listed on the Uniplaces website. We created more than 40.000 listings with limited resources. Managed the Photography team, with more than 40 photographers in 6 different countries. We also monitored the quality of our stock and implemented tight KPI, thus producing relevant data to support company wide decision-makers.Key accomplishments:- Reduced the speed to market;- Improved listing creation speed to a few minutes;- Implemented videos and floor plans into our listings, through remote freelancers;- Managed multiple reports with the use of SQL and JavaScript;- Severely reduced the cost of Photography Sessions;- Implemented processes on Zendesk and Salesforce;- Prepared the transition to automatic listing creation through integrations.

As part of the Onboarding team at Uniplaces I was responsible for creating property listings on the website and guaranteeing the quality and accuracy of all properties listed.

I assisted the Security Policy, Awareness and Investigations Section of MDR.B2 in draftingexercises required by the new EEAS Security Rules to further elaborate them; in implementing regulations (guidelines for protection of EUCI) and in developing security awareness tools.Additionally I helped to further develop the “Security Culture” pages on the new EEAS website.In the last months I was tasked by the EU Situation Room with providing Open Source Intelligence on sensitive issues like Syria, the Iran nuclear talks or the NSA surveillance situation.

Acting in a duel role, assisting both the law firm Gándara Moure S.A. and the Honorary Consul for Portugal in A Coruña, my main tasks were to provide support to the Portuguese community; help companies to establish contacts in Portugal and in Galicia; prepare briefs for other lawyers; and take care of cases related to international law.
