In my role as President of the General Assembly of JuniFEUP, my primary responsibility is to ensure the regular and orderly functioning of our meetings. I meticulously oversee proceedings, ensuring that all members have the opportunity to engage in crucial discussions regarding JuniFEUP. I uphold the adherence to our Assembly's regulations and decisions, guaranteeing that our actions align with our established protocols and goals. Additionally, I maintain a close advisory relationship with the current leadership of JuniFEUP, providing counsel and support to foster synergy between the General Assembly and the organization's direction.

As the Director of Human Resources at JuniFEUP, the main responsibility is to lead and oversee a team, ensuring the overall well-being and productivity of the company's employees. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment and talent acquisition, and overseeing employee engagement and retention efforts.The Director will work closely with the team to review and evaluate the performance of each HR initiative, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. The Director will also be responsible for creating and maintaining regular HR reports, and presenting them to the appropriate parties. They will also be responsible for the annual recruitment and human capital management, as well as organizing events and creating personalized internal training programs. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
