During my Delivery Director Position, I was responsible for many projects but I would like to highlight two of them that have been strategic for Globallogic in terms of revenue, complexity, and team structure dimension ( +50 members each one). The first one ( bank industry) related to Digital transformation and the second one ( tech industry) related to SOA.In Digital Transformation I led different projects like Discoveries, Product Development, Assessments, and Digital Labs.We worked with companies (mainly Finance) that wanted to transform themselves into Digital Companies.Each project have a similar Team Structure Roles: Managers, Scrum Masters, Coach Agiles, Technical Engineers, Business Analysts, and UX/IU Specialists, QA&QC

I led the creation of SOA practice inside the company. I became SPOC (Specialist point of contact) for this practice during 5 years; with the effort and commitment of a team, we grew exponentially from 5 members to +90 members; thanks of this evolution GlobalLogic has been positioned as the best Integration Solution Provider across all Latin America countries. We managed projects from different industries and sizes providing Factory, Consulting and Support 7x24 services. The portfolio was +5M.As a Delivery manager, one of the best learning experiences I got was to work as a unique ONE TEAM, leading people with respect and unite them all behind one common purpose. People Care and career plans set for each member and work closely with internal areas was a Key part of that success.

I worked in 12 projects using different methodologies (principally Agile and Waterfall) and different type of services. Most of them were fixed bid projects.We developed software like CMS, self-service terminal, Mail Tracking, and custom software, in different technologiesThe customer's types were finance, retailers, tourism and mail companies.

I worked on several projects with different technologies: • System Integration: Oracle Interconnect (IStudio, DBAdapter, AQAdapter), Java, DB2, Oracle (PL/SQL, Triggers, Procedures), Linux, CVS. • Dashboard for a medical company: SQL Server, ASP, XML, XSLT Componentes MTS.
