Most of my work has focused on growth strategy, corporate strategy, BU strategy, internationalization strategy, innovation, sustainable value chain (ESG), customer experience, new business development, go-to-market, performance improvement (cost management, process redesign), digital transformations, etc., frequently applying my expertise in data science and AI for business decision-making. In my role I've been serving clients in numerous sectors such as infrastructure, logistics & transportation, healthcare, agribusiness, automotive, marketplaces, e-commerce, etc.I also leverage my entrepreneurial mindset and passion for social and environmental impact as an angel investor in the healthcare and mobility sectors. As an independent board member, I support the governance and growth of organizations, bringing a global perspective from my international education and work experience.
