With over 12 years of professional experience, I’ve led hundreds of projects across multiple fields. I began my career as a Civil Engineer, actively participating in more than 200 construction sites, buildings, and structures, eventually working with Argentina’s largest scaffolding company. One of my most significant projects was coordinating the restoration of the National Congress, involving 110 tons of scaffolding. Through each project, I developed skills in deconstructing complex challenges and adapting to meet unique requirements.In 2018, I embraced a major career shift, working internationally and eventually settling in Denmark, where I am now based in Copenhagen. Here, I serve as the Regional Account Manager for RTS Group, overseeing projects across Northern Europe and leading resource allocation in close collaboration with Matias, our EMEA Resource Manager. We are dedicated to this new initiative to expand into the Nordic region and are excited to manage the landing of RTS within this new market.In my role, I’m focused on supporting Honeywell Project Managers and other clients in their pursuit of advanced technological solutions. This includes managing various projects and guiding RTS Group's development teams to drive Industry 4.0 initiatives for optimized processes and outcomes. Our expertise in the OT sector enables us to support clients through every step of IT/OT Convergence, backed by a proven record in industrial IT projects.Whether managing resources, developing strategic roadmaps, or leading large teams, my goal remains the same: to leverage experience, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to make each project successful.
