Responsible for Sales & marketing of the 25 Hotels & Resorts (5* y 4*) belonging to the Touristic Group FTI at the Canary Island (Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote & Fuerteventura) and Agadir (Morocco). Coordination of the Sales manager team , elaboration of the Commercial and Marketing Plans of each Hotel (Planning of the marketing mix strategies, market competitors benchmarking, Hotel Pricing, setting of the hotel revenues goals and budgets). Contracting with the TOP Account (ABC) and contracting coordination in the different markets and channels On & Off Line B2B-B2C (Tour Operation, E-Commerce, Corporate, GDS, MICE, direct Channel, Own Website and coordination of the XLM integrations). Coordination of the Reservation/Revenue Department to maximize and optimize the Overall Income of the Hotels, setting up the Revenue & Yield strategies; elaboration of a weekly Revenue report with main KPI (RRNN Pick up , Average Rate & Revenue forecasting).
