When faced with new challenges, I lean into my curiosity to prepare myself for the unknown, turning uncertainty into opportunity.During my 14-year tenure with the Portuguese Air Force, I had the privilege of serving in various Air Traffic Management roles across four military Air Bases. From Flight Operations Dispatcher and Aeronautical Information Operator to Air Traffic Controller and ATC theoretical and practical instructor, I gained extensive experience in a wide range of functions, including operational supervision, training monitoring, and learning coordination.What I loved most about these roles was the opportunity to work with an incredible team of people. As a mentor to new generations, I tailor competency-based training, learning from each interaction and contributing to our collective growth. While I believe in the importance of self-improvement, I never do it alone.As a technology enthusiast, I remain up-to-date with modern tools and techniques to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
