Current- Responsible for the area for the Latex Plant, Synthetic Plant and Commercial Offices.- Monitoring and updating of KPI indicators for Industrial and Environmental Safety- Review and Update of JSA (Risk Analysis by Job Position)- Research and development of Accident / Incident and Environmental Event reports using Ishiwaka, 5W, Tree methodology of failures.- Schedule of Internal Audits and preparation of reports.- Carrying out safe work procedures.- Preparation of the Annual Training Plan.- Training Instructor (Induction, Personal Protection Elements, safe work, security measures, Electrical and Mechanical Risk, Handling of Chemical Products, Emergency Plan, use of fire extinguishers, etc.).- Control and monitoring of the Schedule of Legal Requirements and Work Environment Measurements (Lighting and Noise Protocol, Chemical Contaminants, underground water, liquid effluents, air quality, water wells).- Monitoring and Control of the generation of Industrial Waste, Sludge and Special Waste. - Inspections and audits program.- Control of contractor documentation and realization of special work permits- Presentation of legal documentation in Government Organizations (OPDS, ADA, Secretary of Labor, Ministry of Environment and public space, ART, SRT, SEN, etc.)KPI Accident: 2017 = 14,7 (12 LTI) // 2018 = 9,9 (8 LTI) // 2019 = 9,33 (6 LTI)KPI Special Waste: 2017 = 59.940 Kg/Year // 2018 = 47.352 Kg/Year (-21%) // 2019 = 38.028 Kg/Year (-20%)
