Support for strategic integration between the local unit and HQ for financial institutions – Consumer Finance:- Analysis of requirements and monitoring of the degree of implementation and testing, ensuring the correct alignment of the Product Owner's requirements with IT developments.- Project management support - project planning, organizing agendas and preparing minutes, committees - Support for the stakeholders involved (users, programmers, businessareas).Definition of the launch strategy for personal loan and credit card products for the financial institution - Consumer finance (Portugal and Spain):- Market benchmarking for personal loan and credit card products, with the identification and categorization of existing products basedon customer profiles and specific product attributes (terms, amounts, interest rates, renewals, etc.) and identification of gaps / points for improvement in aspects of pricing, marketing, efficiency, operations(onboarding and portfolio management), and risks.- Mapping and review of current processes (e2e) for marketing personal loan and credit card products.- Definition, preparation and implementation of the data model in Power BI for Marketing Analytics (campaigns and use of the app).- Definition and implementation of the data model for customer profile analysis based on various socio-demographic metrics.- Definition of high-level functional requirements for the various dimensions where process improvement points were identified.- Identification and scheduling of improvements, in line with the institution's strategic plan.
