Responsible for the business development and execution of utility scale solar and wind projects in Argentina

• Support the planning and execution of debt and equity transactions for the parent and operating companies• Lead the design and execution of interest rate risk management strategies• Evaluate credit metrics and liquidity impact of potential M&A transactions

• Supported company-wide 5-year long range planning process, including proforma Exelon-Pepco financials, scenario analysis, and investor messaging in partnership with Investor Relations• Led monthly variance reporting and current year forecasting of Exelon consolidated financials, including reporting of earnings, cash flow, capital requirements and other KPIs to management team• Designed and implemented continuous improvement process

• Performed DCF valuation analysis for solar PV and wind energy projects considered for acquisition• Examined draft project agreements (PPA, EPC) and identified key value and risk drivers as part of due diligence process

• Authored the North American Investor Energy Monthly report, which focuses on the key industry trends and policy issues of the oil, natural gas, and electric power industries most relevant to institutional investors

• Authored multiple reports on the impact of economic growth, environmental legislation, and technological development on North American natural gas demand• Presented research results at semiannual CERA Roundtables
