Engineer with 30 years experience in Electronics industry and now I am actively looking for new missions as Transition Manager. After Physics and Microelectronics studies, I learned Failure Analysis (FA) as engineer in an advanced IBM lab, working and developing on Integrated Circuit defect localization techniques (liquid crystals, e-beam testing, light emission microscopy, laser testing ...), then I finished by managing this lab.Since 1996 I have built and managed the ATMEL Rousset FA Lab, which became the most advanced laboratory of ATMEL Corp.Since 2010, I was Director of LFoundry Rousset FA Lab where I have developed FA and Design Debug paying services activity for external customers with great success, doubling the sales turnover each year.From the beginning of my career, I used to work with ANADEF a french association dedicated to analysis of electronic components, as board member, tutorial instructor, chairman of ANADEF technical workshops and vice president for 2013. Moreover since 2005 I was the representative of ATMEL then LFoundry in the team who created and managed the common CIMPACA Characterization Lab, which became a well known "world class" lab. In parallel, I was a board member of both MicroPacks and ARCSIS associations. What I try to do in my job:To understand the customers needs and to give them the best services.To anticipate the future changes in technology and to put in place the suitable solutions.To manage the necessary changes to reach team excellence.
