MAJOR, a Haver & Boecker company, is an global manufacturer of wire screens for the aggregate, mining and recycling industries. We provide the most advanced screening media to meet the changing needs and demands of our customers. Our flagship product, FLEX-MAT®, is a line of distinctive lime-green high vibration screens that have set the standard in lowering cost of production through enhanced stratification. Our design consists of independently vibrating wires which allow for vibration along the full length of the screen — reaching frequencies of 6,000 to 10,000 cycles per minute. This enhanced vibration dramatically increases throughput and extends wear life while eliminating blinding and pegging. The end result is a cleaner retained product, greater efficiency, and ultimately higher profits.There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to proper screen media selection.
