Worked as one of the first 6-Sigma Master Black Belts at Land Rover. Trained by Ford in Detroit. Qualified as a 6-Sigma Kaizen Sensei.•Co - MBB for 30 x 6-Sigma Black Belts, responsible for providing technical coaching of DMAIC methodology and use of 6-Sigma technical tools to deliver superior project returns. •Taken a lead role in establishing performance objectives for the Solihull 6-Sigma Performance Cell. •Responsible for the preparation and presentations to JLR Board of Directors and Plant Management, including updates on delivery versus objectives, key achievements and proposals for future strategy. •Co-taught 4 Black Belt training courses through all 4 weeks of BB training.•As 6-Sigma MBB / Kaizen Sensei took lead role in scoping, preparing, and delivering two Mega-Projects in Solihull manufacturing which delivered $4.0m hard savings. •Led numerous technical and business projects focussed on delivery, cost and numerous quality projects.

•As a Black Belt I led a team that delivered 2 projects on the second highest customer dissatisfaction issue on Discovery. The project was 'Side door squeak' and used a variety of problem solving and statistical tools.•Worked on a chronic 'First Time Through' issue of electrical connections on Range Rover. •I led a team of 16 Black Belts on reducing the amount of time to close projects and I completed a project on improving the process for project identification.
