As Solution Architect I was responsible of:• Overseeing and designing the data center,OT/IT network architecture, servers, systems design, virtual hosts, storage, configuration management, and licensing.• Identifying areas for improvement in the existing infrastructure and processes; developing solutions and leading projects through completion.• Performing in-depth servers and network services monitoring and troubleshooting, and thoroughly document resolutions.• Interacting with technology users to assess data types, IT systems, architectures, and application interconnections.• Analyzing system dependencies, integrity, service level, and availability in order to maximize performance and comply with information security requirements.• Maintaining network standards, documentation, processes, and procedures.• Developing a resilient and reliable recovery plan and ensure business continuity.• Serving as a technical mentor to staff and contractors and provide guidance in resolving complex problems.

Being part of the 3rd Level IT Infrastructure team I was responsible of :• Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure• Evaluating existing systems and provide the technical direction to IT support staff.• Overseeing the development of customized software and hardware requirement.• Planning and implementing systems automation as required for better efficiency.• Formulating and designing the security system in place to maintain data safety.• Overseeing the constant availability of technical resources.• Maintaining and supervising the inventory.
