• Managed the “Billing Replacement Project” on time and on budget, a business critical hardware and software infrastructure upgrade ($10.5m budget).• Delivered the Vodafone Business Portal project, providing a new internet portal for business sales (linked into the main Vodafone website), resulting in increased sales and a fall in issues raised to the business sales call centre.• Delivered the Suitcase project on time and on budget, providing a new sales commission system for Vodafone that resulted in a halving of the cost to process commissions.• Successfully delivered several new products to market, including Vodafone Global Enterprise, Vodafone Unite, Vodafone Compass and Vodafone SIM Backup.• Participated in the merger team for Vodafone and ‘3’ as project manager of the “Day 1 Communications and Announcements” and “People Transition” streams.• Developed strategy and managed the “Business One Brand” project to move business sales away from “3” and to the “Vodafone” brand.• Delivered the software and service integration stream for the Vodafone 3G programme – responsible for a team of 5 Project Managers.• Delivered the “Xpress” project, providing new desktop hardware, software and supporting server infrastructure for the whole business.• Led the implementation of process improvements, particularly in vendor management, such as developing major changes to the IBM invoicing and payment process that improved the management of the vendor relationship on both sides.
