I coordinated sales and project proposals directly with clients. I worked directly with the CEO, project managers, and engineering department to create necessary budgets, ROI projections, and close the sale.I utilized in-person communication and relationship building with clients to facilitate operations and contract negotiation. I traveled to multiple regions for extended durations as a lead representative of the company in order to: conduct reconnaissance and gather data on clientele in new economic sectors, develop new relationships with roofing vendors and contractors, and negotiate for the best bids on roofing systems.As lead salesman, I was the primary contact for our client base. This role required extensive product knowledge including: renewable energy solutions, roofing, related government programs, etc. I remained in constant communication with clients via email, phone, text and LinkedIn to perform quality service.I attended major conferences alone or with a team where I was responsible for booking hotels and flight arrangements and designing the itinerary. The itinerary was created to maximize our goals such as: networking in the industry, with partners, seeking new clientele, or conducting market research.Prioritizing the potential companies, I had to identify the persons in the company on LinkedIn, profile them and reach out to them via e-mail and cold calling. I produced brochures with partner companies to market our systems to prospective clients.I was trained by the CEO to use Microsoft Word and Excel to determine IRR (Internal Rate of Return), NPV (Net Present Value), NOI (Net Operating Income) and CAP rates. I needed to understand the values to communicate this to clients and company representatives.

I hosted guests for wine tastings and led historical tours around the winery. I took instruction well from my superiors and was innovative in my approach to the tours to keep them marketable for the diverse body of guests we received.
