The Master Thesis is about modeling the power consumption of a UE connected to the 5G network, which afterward is going to be integrated in a Digital Twin that is going to be able to predict the power consumption and with it and other parameters, the battery lifetime of a 5G device. The main idea of this internship was the Low-cost test automation for coverage tests for 5G devices.The development of this project has been based on expanding the capabilities from an already existing solution from Keysight which allows all kind of test automation (coverage, energy consumption, signal quality...) for LTE and be able to perform those tests.

My main tasks included working with an Acces Point from Starlink. My main tasks were to develop a Python program where by using different Linux tools, the script needed to be able to test the network. The script was able to run different tests as simple as a ping command, to set up a server to run IPERF against it.The next step was to correlate the network.
