As the current Business Director at iJunior Solucoes Digitais, I have been able to utilize my experience and decision-making abilities to shape the company's direction. My role as Business Director has allowed me to work closely with our clients and analyze their needs to structure our software sales accordingly. Additionally, I have implemented active prospecting to seek out new opportunities for our iJunior Start solutions, using innovative sales techniques to find potential clients.Since stepping into this role, I have taken on the responsibility of dealing with older customers, negotiating contracts, and conducting market research. With the aim of improving our communication with clients, I have worked to establish clear lines of communication between our technical team and customers. Through this, we have been able to deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality.My ultimate goal is to help the company meet its planned goals and ensure the stability and success of ongoing projects. As Business Director, I am dedicated to upholding iJunior's culture of innovation and excellence in software development.

As a Front End developer I could apply many skills learned in Mobile development, and then directly apply it, firstly in a intern project and then in Par Digital, one of our biggest projects in the company, using Typescript, React.js and SCRUM Agile Methods

Dr. Juliana Barbi approached our team at iJunior with an idea for an app that would allow her to take pictures of patients who had a procedure on their eyes. At the time, we didn't have much experience with app development, so we decided to practice with an Instagram clone called "iFofoca" to validate our React Native knowledge.Afterwards, we started the project with an initial name "Oculoplastics." The app would only create a patient profile and allow the user (in this case, the doctor) to register different procedures with images. Once we delivered the MVP, we continued to develop the app further, renamed it "Mirax," and gave it a complete UI and visual identity.We implemented features such as translation for English, Portuguese, and Spanish, a "ghost" image overlay to better capture pictures that looked like the patient's former ones (before the surgery), and a ruler that allowed the doctor to measure the patient's eyelid tumor. We also added a face ID or biometrics lock to ensure that only the doctor himself could access the patient's data. It was a challenging and rewarding project, and we are proud of the final product we delivered.

I began my journey at iJunior in the business sector, where I was trained by Gabriel Torres in the art of selling. We were introduced to the company's culture and learned how to deal with leads. Soon, I started attending online meetings with customers who were looking for web applications and websites. I promptly presented the products that iJunior developed, including iJunior Start (for websites in WordPress) and iJunior Loop (for web applications with agile methods).After several months as a salesman, I developed my communication skills and sold many websites and systems, some of which helped the company achieve its yearly goals. In fact, we achieved a record of 129 thousand reals in 2021 alone!As I gained more experience, I also had the opportunity to teach new salespeople who joined the team, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge. In June 2022, I ran for the position of Business Director and was elected by vote. I am proud to hold this role to this day, and I am always looking for ways to innovate and learn more about selling and the software industry.
