Together with you I accompany and enable changes on a personal, team and organizational level.Organizations are in a constant process of adaptation - in order for this to be for the better, I make patterns, processes, workflows, value streams visible and thus workable for the people in these organizations. Teams are dynamic constructs where the organizational context, the team context and personal behavior patterns meet. Much can be developed by empowered and autonomous teams themselves. For some issues, outside consulting is helpful.
