About Bernd Eigenstetter

My personal customer experience design journey.I used to work on the design of new innovative products. The product was defined in terms of function and use. The user and the brand played an important role in this.But the definition of a product has changed completely over the last years.Today, a product is embedded in a network of various services that have a significant influence on the quality of the product.Products are networked offers that customers use in different ways.The user journey becomes the customer journey.In the end, people buy a brand experience no longer just a product.The sales process is part of the product experience.That is why customer experience design is the new product design.Today my team and I work on physical and digital platforms in order to generate an optimal overall experience for the customers.
