My responsibilities involved the development, implementation and support of learning solutions as well as performing coachings and workshops.Within the framework of my internship I implemented the first METRO MOOC (massive open online course), built a community of practice for project managers within the METRO Group, developed an e-training on crisis management and designed a new online business simulation game.I also conducted coachings in presentation skills, assisted as a facilitator on conferences and held trainings in facilitation skills.

As a consultant for P&I I implemented the HR management software P&I Plus in a cross state project (Hamburg/ Bremen /Schleswig-Holstein). I consulted my customers on different HR topics such as payroll, legal reporting and optimization of existing HR processes. I also conducted multiple trainings.During my work for P&I I achieved the Go-Live of P&I Plus with over 100.000 payrolls. I successfully implemented all legally required monthly and ad-hoc reports and acted as a mentor for new consultants.
