I had multiple roles at TwoBirds Craft Brewery, serving as the Owner, Chief Executive, Brewery Manager, and Consultant. I established the brewery, bar, restaurant, and event space, personally developed all recipes, including seasonal specials, and collaborated with my son to create craft whisky.

I coordinated the brewery project, beginning with Phase 1 to achieve a beer output of 1 million hl per year, followed by Phase 2 targeting 2 million hl per year. I conducted negotiations with Ziemann and KRONES for machinery and equipment procurement. Additionally, I developed all recipes for the beverages.

I strategized a brewery project in two phases: Phase 1 targeting 1 million hl of beer output per year and Phase 2 aiming for 2 million hl per year. Additionally, I orchestrated the planning of a lemonade factory with an annual capacity of 5 million cartons. The planning process has successfully been completed.

As a Master Brewer and Production Manager, I oversaw brewery construction, including employee training. I managed a multi-stage expansion: 350,000 hl in the 1st stage, 1.5 million hl in the 2nd, and a 4.5 million hl 3rd stage in progress. Collaborating with Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, and German companies (KRONES, Corosys, BTB, VOD), I planned and executed individual projects. My role covered brewery commissioning, recipe development aligned with Cambodian taste preferences, marketing assistance, business administration support, general advisory to the owner, and responsibilities as Security Master, Fire Prevention Officer, and Beer Sommelier. I also contributed to TV and radio advertising campaigns.

As the Owner and CEO of a three-story craft brewery in Hannover, I managed an 80-member team. Our establishment included a restaurant, cigar lounge, and event areas. My responsibilities encompassed beer creation, coordination of both in-house and external events, representing the company at various media and public functions, and overall operational management.

Additionally, I represented the brewery at media and public events.
