Having worked in the FMCG industry for over 30 years and fulfilled several leadership roles in sales, I currently use my expertise to strategically steer SGX Distributors Simpex, operating in trade marketing and distribution in the Namibian FMCG industry.  I hold strong principles of honesty, integrity and commitment and lead by embracing and adapting quickly to new market trends, changes and challenges. Key to my belief is that developing and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders and staff is part of setting you up for success. My role as MD has given me the opportunity to lead SGX Distributors Simpex into a sizeable company and critical role-player in the FMCG industry in Namibia.
