Formation of the QRAC - Quantitative Resource Analysis Consultants Group comprising mathematicians and geologists of the former working group “Mathematical Geology” at the Free University in Berlin.Actually working on:- ODM (Operative Deposit Modelling systems; software developed by QRAC-member Rene Prissang): Establishing semi-automatic continuous prediction of ore grade and quality parameters using available mining operation and production data for daily operation; successful implemented in underground and open pit mining operations.- Extending resource/reserve estimation by integration of ore dressing parameter into the estimation process; closer collaboration of mine and plant as a prerequisite for implementation of Industry 4.0 developments and better recovery figures today.- Ongoing software development: Implementation of Multi Gaussian Kriging routines for grade control.
