Improve the industrial testing of RF power and basestation power amplifiers

Responsible for the test engineering activities of several projects. Led teams of up to 7 members. Defined the production test strategy and the design-for-test for new products with the focus on quality, time-to-market, lowest integral test cost and system-in-package integration

Responsible for the test engineering activities of several projects. Led teams of up to 12 members spread over multiple locations and continents. My assignments covered discrete DC/DC converter ICs up to products consisting of three ICs: power management, electroluminescent film driver and USB transceiver.

Responsible for the test engineering activities of a lead project in a newly developed wafer process. The work focused on power management ICs for mobile phones and mp3 players with Samsung and Apple as main customers.

I worked mainly on power management and analog base band ICs used in mobile phones. Major customers were Samsung, Sony-Ericsson and Broadcom. I developed test programs on the LTX Fusion and the Verigy 93000, implemented test time reductions and yield improvements and performed the test and product engineering tasks to qualify a one-time-programmable memory (OTP).

Wrote the test specifications for baseband ICs used in mobile phones. Developed test programs on the LTX Delta ATE.
