My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating detailed parts and assemblies utilizing 3D modeling software, preparing detail parts drawings for prototypes and standard products for the leading manufacturer of high performance automation products, grippers and welding locators, utilizing Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor. I also assist in the product development plan for new products as well as update existing products and creating ECO's. ZAYTRAN holds the number one market share in several automotive product lines as well as the production of integrated circuits. I also have the opportunity to learn CMM inspection. Since its inception ZAYTRAN has specialized in the development of products that are able to serve extreme environments or requirements but are priced to compete with the generic brands

I was assigned to GALLO DISPLAYS, where my duties included creating engineer drawings, construction drawings and set-up drawings, utilizing AutoCAD 2010, for large trade show exhibits and I also provided bill of materials, ship lists and change of work documents.I also assisted in production of custom display props, furniture and cabinets for “Barbie, The Dreamhouse Experience” which will be held in Miami, Florida and Berlin Germany.

It was my responsibility for initiating the production and monitoring the process unto completion while working with the design team, the shop foreman and carpenters, generating bills of materials for the purchasing department and writing change of work orders while staying in budget.

My wife and I ran a business that catered to the Automobile Dealers in Ohio, New York, Penn., Mich and Indiana. We supplied them with the necessary merchandise to help them generate more sales by the means of outdoor advertising. We also carried a full line of Auto Dealer Supplies.
