First capabilities included the display of relevant information for renewal orders and contracts, the ability for customers and partners to digitally submit purchase orders for their On-Premise auto renewal orders and the Get Assistance functionality to get support for their renewals faster and easier.Managed the IT Project for the Intelligent Outage Communication Project which delivered a solution enabling a fast and highly automated communication in case of a major outage of cloud services to internal as well as external customers.For one of the world's largest companies in the rail vehicle and equipment manufacturing business:Responsible for leading the IT project in developing and implementing a fully integrated Product Data Management solution from Product Planning to Bid proposal management using a new CPQ platform with a system integration to Requirements Management, CRM, PLM and SAP S/4HANA reducing cost due to increased bid efficiency and increased customer project efficiency by increased re-use.

Microsoft: Responsible for the PMO Office for the SharePoint Integration Project including the ramp-down of existing File Shares, Wikis und Lotus Notes environments.KONE: Delivered the Global Elevator Toolbox project providing an online pre-sales configurator based on a CPQ platform as part of the Digital Transformation.KONE: Managed the KONE Tendering & Ordering Configurator project enhancing the operational efficiency and improving existing processes, tools and environments providing a more stable and reliable platform as well as higher product and price data quality and integrity.

Delivered the PLM Rationalization Program that provided the first capabilities of the common PLM backbone to Nokia Mobile Phones and Smart Devices Business units.

Managed the Nokia Windows Phones Content Planning which delivered the solution for defining, planning and managing software and related hardware content.

Delivered as Program Manager within a team of 50+ a solution providing online visibility from customer needs to technology asset creation throughout Nokia’s portfolio of devices, services and technologies. Despite a truly challenging Nokia wide cross-organizational scope, a very pressuring business environment and not aligned development priorities the program was delivered on time.

Managed the Product Data Management Collaboration Program which delivered Product Data Collaboration capabilities to Nokia and its Component Suppliers, Design Partners & Contract Manufactures.
