She had to work intimately with each production facility and was required to build and maintain a working system with which to follow sample and production manufacturing from start to finish. This further required detailed record keeping and organization. In addition to this, Bernetta also had to manage her own sales accounts, which she did beautifully and without bias to her other job responsibilities. Bernetta was the person I relied on the most as my daily go to person to get something/anything done and follow through to fruition. She always handled each task with skill, professionalism and class. She has unparalleled written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, has a unique ability to compartmentalize and multitask, can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job(s) get done.
