I have been in the property industry for over 25 years and have had the opportunity to work at a senior level in both the private and public sectors. My experience includes; - creating and implementing asset management plans, divestment plans and operation and maintenance plans, - project managing refurbishment and new build projects ranging up to $105M per project, - asset and property management including property portfolios at RBA, UTS and Royal North Shore hospital, - successfully leasing portfolios of up to 24,000sqm floor space, - valuations of portfolios of approximately $590M, - acquisitions up to $35M and divestments up to $90M , - facility management of portfolios exceeding 250,000sqm floor space, - operational and financial reporting.I am commercially astute and am able to positively influence outcomes. I have a positive and professional approach to my work and am skilled at leading teams in excess of 20 people.
