Responsible for the E&A business of OMV Petrom including domestic and international ventures.Currently OMV Petrom holds 10 licenses in Romania and has a 50% interest in the deep water Neptun block, which is operated by ExxonMobil.

Managing OMV´s activities in Abu Dhabi consisting of operated exploration activities and diverse technical study areas in close co-operation with ADNOC.Abu Dhabi is OMV´s business hub for Middle East and Africa (MEA Hub) - Heading all technical functions on Hub level including G&G, RE, Production Engineering, Drilling and IT.Currently the MEA Hub besides Abu Dhabi consists of Pakistan, Iran, Kurdistan, Yemen, offshore Bulgaria, Libya, Tunisia, Madagascar, Namibia.Successful entry into two Abu Dhabi Offshore concessions during 2018; SARB and Umm Lulu concession with 20% and as Asset Lead (signed in April) and NW Offshore with Gasha, Hail and Dalma Fields (signed in December), which will secure a firm position for OMV in Abu Dhabi over the next 40 years.

After more than 7 years as Managing Director changing to a Senior Advisor role during a re-organization phase of OMV's business in Norway and U.K.; maintaining position as member of the board.

OMV started in Stavanger in 2007 with 5 employees; grown to over 120 employees by end 2015.Built up Portfolio in Q1/2016 to 38 Licences (9 operated) with majority in Mid Norway and Barents Sea, Drilled first operated well in 2011 (PL 471), succeeded in Barents Sea with Wisting discovery in 2013.Acquisition of Field development projects - Aasta Hansteen, Edvard Grieg, Zidane and Polarled in 2012. Acquired production assets Gullfaks (19%) and Gudrun (24%) from Statoil into OMVs portfolio in Q4/2014. Increased production from 2013 till Q1/2016 towards 70kboed/d.
