Ahead Wealth Solutions AG is subject to prudential supervision by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA) and has obtained the authorizations necessary to engage in fund and asset management business in Liechtenstein. As a result of the merger with ArcInvest, Ahead will offer asset management services as well. The joint company will have more than CHF 1.2 billion assets under management.
