Since 2019, I have been a Design Lead at Accenture Song (previously Fjord), leading teams in designing, building and launching services and experiences.In my role, I was a member of the leadership team within Song Austria, responsible for structuring the vision and capabilities for Fjord in Austria. I co-represented the agency services within the industry, and within the Accenture ecosystem. While successfully winning new strategic clients, I also ensured the quality of the creative output, and also lead multidisciplinary teams across digital experience, organisational, and communication projects.I strive to design for a human impact. As a team we envision and shape services that simplify the complexity for humans, and work across digital and physical touchpoints.––Prior to Accenture & Fjord, I graduated with highest honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Information Design from FH Joanneum in Graz under the supervision of Catherine Rollier after studying Graphic Design for two years in Washington DC.After finishing my studies, I started my career in New York City at Conway&Partners and worked in the intersection of branding and real estate.I came back to Vienna/Austria and founded my own design studio in 2013. Until 2019, I have been working as a Designer for my own clients and as a freelance Designer for several creative agencies, such as Büro X, PKP BBDO and DDB.In 2016 I had the unique opportunity to build a digital product incubator and accelerator. The team grew to 15 employees, and successfully funded startups with Seed A and B funding. From prototyping, designing, and shipping them, I have experienced the variety of stages of a startup. I worked as a designer and product owner, and product management in the intersection of a diverse range of investors, marketers and developers.
