ScobyTec is developing alternative materials based on bacterial cellulose to realize (vegan) leather substitutes, fibers as substitutes for cotton products and wood-based viscose, bioplastics and composites through biofabrication. We provide scalable process engineering and refining methods that are energy efficient and location independent.

We're action. VRaktion was working in the field of IIoT, work safety, sensor fusion, environmental sensing, real-time data visualization, and augmented reality. As founder and shareholder I was overseeing - in my role as PM - the complete product development and product design. The latest product we did at VRaktion was a tiny mobile multi-sensor device for environmental sensing suitable for kids and teenagers. The client was the Helmholtz UFZ Leipzig and the Universitätsklinikum Leipzig.At VRaktion we created a wide range of interactive digitized safety shoes for different use cases. With features such as lighting, distance measurement, obstacle detection and electro-thermic cooling and heating in combination with iOS Apps for, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Additional we did augmented reality support for the obstacle and distance sensing features based on Vuzix smart glasses. This solution got awarded few times and on display at CES 2020 (Vuzix booth and Fischer Connectors booth) in Las Vegas.

In 2009 we finished the work on the stereoscopic feature film "Rumpelstiltskin" (a german fairytale by the Grimm Brothers). The movie will be released multi-language on 3D DVD and is released for stereoscopic 3D on the iPhone to work with the Wazabee 3DeeShell by Spatial View. Mainly responsible and working on the Wazabee 3DeeShell for the iPhone platform and related software products - the first glasses free 3D viewing accessory for mobile devices.

Parallel to studying media arts I was working in design industry. Mainly responsible for the corporate design of an IT, systems integrator and engineering company. Further I‘ve started there multimedia projects and commercial 3D visualizations with Autodesk software. Clients: german rail vehicle industry (now Bombardier)

My fathers advertising agency was a hard school (learning traditional graphic design and corporate design principles ) and an exciting playground with lots of toys for the very early 1990s such as Apple Mac IIfx, Canon Color Copiers, Canon Cameras and Photoshop, Quark Xpress, Macromedia Director. Basically I forced the transistion from analog to digital. Clients in textile, automotive, and IT industry. But in the end I was hungry for more and started studying media arts and working in IT industry.

After finishing school I‘ve started a position as property manager at the theatre with the goal studying stage design. I’ve learned a lot and deepened my handy skills in prototyping. Fortunatly I‘ve discovered theatre isn‘t my world and switched to marketing and advertising.
