I personally train an 88 year old man two times a week. We work on mobility skills, stretch and and balance.

Barre fitness combines ballet, Pilates, yoga, cardio and strength training for fitness.

Sharing Nutritional products and skin care with others and marketing the products. Working together with my up-line to promote sales and share heath and wellness ideas and products.

Organized the cheer program for the after school program for ages 6-14. Organized all routines and choreography for 3 different competition squads. Arranged for workshops and several practice clinics to assist cheerleaders in techniques and tumbling and dancing required to be a competitive cheer squad. Arranged and took cheerleaders to various competitions and parades and exhibitions within their communities and out of the county as well.

Attended accreditation of various schools (many charter schools) in Dade and Broward County and worked as a team member to evaluate the schools in the areas of mission,curriculum, teachers, facility, and student body. I helped to provide a continuous improvement system that connects student learning outcomes with school quality measures.

Taught CDA courses to local Childcare Directors and Workers. Taught Beginning Early childhood education courses offered.

Coached and choreographed routines with Varsity and Junior Varsity Cheer leading Squads. Attended home and away games with cheerleaders. Hosted cheer camps and workshops and took Cheer Squads to summer Cheer camps.

I taught First the first year employed at Gulliver Academy and then the rest of employment I taught Kindergarten. I was responsible for teaching all subject areas. I also worked weekends and administered admission testing for Gulliver and worked in the aftercare program. During the summertime I was employed by the Gulliver Camp Program.
