AHLTA/CHCS Data Standardization Project:• Retrieve the Electronic Medical Health (EMH) record clinical and administrative data from 101 United States Military Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) of the Composite Health Care System (CHCS) (daily deltas – YBH files) for mapping in the Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application AHLTA. Processed files via SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) to the North Grumman server using MUMPS/VMS to process data for cleansing and mapping to the Health Data Dictionary (HDD). • Perform quality assurance (QA) to ensure the files sent via SFTP were processed via cleansing tool• Assist MTF Site Leads in identifying and resolving missing CHCS data files transferred via SFTP from MFTs to internal server.• Maintain Site POC List with current subject matter experts (SMEs) to resolve questions on clinical and administrative data additions/modifications in CHCS for mapping to AHLTA.• Research daily delta transaction errors using the YBH global file to identify data creation type, mapping requirement, and to determine if data item has been mapped, not mapped or modified in CHCS or AHLTA. • Research and resolve Military Health System (MHS) Helpdesk Tier 3 Tickets to provide the HDD in which the data item is packaged and available for use in AHLTA.
