Current• Responsible for the overall Brother International Corporation look and feel at retail for over 4,000+ superstores.• For all product categories: P-touch Labelers, Printers, Scanners, Stampcreator and Consumables.• Current goal is to protect and maintain sku placement based on shrinking retail space and store closings.• Manage and forecast a yearly budget for merchandising at retail.• Responsible for the allocation of the funds. • Planned and coordinated with category buyers, store design and the visual merchandising team store schematics to ensure brand guidelines are compliant.• Managed and coordinated initial display shipping logistics; logistics for new store openings and fulfillment replacements.• Managed and coordinated all third party merchandising vendor partners for various retail merchandising programs.• Prepared and distributed merchandising program directives.• Prepared LOA (Letter Of Authorization).• Managed retail assisted selling programs.• Managed and delivered training deck with the product marketing category teams.• Distribute all merchandising reports and call out areas of concern and alternative solutions.• Support regional retail accounts with in-store displays and other forms of POP.
