I am a caring and empathetic individual with a wealth of experience working with children and young people. I am able to provide a caring and supporting environment. I relate well to children and young people and am able to build relationships that give children security and confidence. I have good numeracy and Literacy skills ; also I have gained an effective understanding of child development and learning needs.Additionally I have the ability to work constructively as part of a team and have gained more than ten years experience in working with children who have special needs. Inaddition I have being working in paid and unpaid capacity. I have BA (Hons) in Youth and Community studies and also the CEO of World Changing Centre UK registered charity. I have two years experience in nursing and other relevant training (for examples first aid for children and babies, basic sign language, child protection, moving and handling and many more).I also have experience in clinical skills for examples prepare and change tracheotomy, suctioning, as well as tube feeding. I possess an excellent awareness of relevant policies, Code of Practice, Equal Opportunity, the national Curriculum and other relevant legislation. In my previous employment and education I have always been able to learn new skills and methods of working. I feel working with children and young people would offer me a fantastic opportunity to apply my existing skills and continue my Professional development.
