- Utilized Envision software to create Purchase Orders (PO) and made necessary changes to keep POs up-to-date- Created and maintained spreadsheets to track products and packaging changes during sample stages as well as kept records of product dimensions and weight to be used later for reference- Reviewed factory inspection documents of products to ensure all corrections were accurately made during the production process- Collaborated with CEO and designers to set priorities and provide proficient and accurate design comments for factory revisions- Logged, tracked and organized houseware product samples in showroom and storage areas

- Communicated with the Marketing team for License brands such as Hasbro, Sanrio, Nickelodeon and Nintendo to ensure approval of licensed artwork before factories can proceed with mass production- Managed schedules using Excel spreadsheet for a variety of products to accurately track orders placed and samples received to ensure customer orders can be shipped on time- Reviewed samples with design teams and made sure corrections were made by factories throughout the approval process- Traveled to the Hong Kong office for two weeks to assist team with costing and product quality control with factories to prepare for peak Back to School season for well-known retailers such as Target, Wal-Mart and Kmart

- Taught groups of 10-20 elementary level students, at three public schools, lessons on health and how to run their own playground- Mediated a conflict between two students arguing about who was at a position first by having them play “rock, paper, scissor” and the winner got the spot- Taught group of 5-6 recess leaders how to organize their recess space and how to teach games and rules to other kids
