Shipping and Accounts Executive:• Preparation of overseas orders• Co-ordinating order shipments with various overseas suppliers and handling logistics• Handling shipping documents, gathering information and verifying HS codes in connection with the processing of customs entries and liaising with local customs department• Preparing monthly statements for the customs department and handling excise banderols• Retaining/ maintaining store records and carrying various reconcilations and monitoring excersices• Payments to overseas suppliers• Working out product costings• Creating and maintaining oversease products in the accounting system• Handling local payables after vetting/reconciling supplier statements• Verifying and inputting supplier discounts and bills of services• Assisting in audit mattersAudit Senior:• Conduct audit assignments from beginning to end• Prepare Companies financial statements• Compute tax computation both for individuals and companies• Share transfers• Liquidations• Meeting clients • Other tasks :• Prepare monthly FS5s• Payroll• Prepare quarterly management accounts• Other administrative work
