At WeWork, my leadership in All Access memberships and Workplace solutions has been pivotal in driving significant revenue growth across the Pacific region. My role entails not only overseeing strategic initiatives but also cultivating robust client relationships, which have been essential in achieving a remarkable 133% increase in memberships and a 149% rise in sales year-over-year in the first year it was launched in the Pacific region. With over two and a half years at WeWork, I have established myself as the pioneer employee of the All Access team in the Pacific, building and coaching a team of AEs to foster the expansion of WeWork’s All Access business across Australia, Korea, and Southeast Asia. The success of our team reflects a deep understanding and execution of strategic sales, underpinned by effective problem-solving, decision-making, and a dedication to optimising processes, product commercialization and market growth.
