• Conduct thorough investigations relating to employee grievances and fraud-related issues• Provide HR guidance to managers on appropriate disciplinary action relating to policy violations for 50 locations within multiple restaurant concepts• Liaison between managers and hourly employees by providing advice and counsel regarding employment practices, company procedures and employment laws• Facilitate interactive accommodation discussions• Communicate company and legal updates to concept business partners and general managers
