Working within the Product Development team I supported the re-development of Personicx – a consumer market segmentation solution – see www.personicx.co.uk for more information. This included the assessment and evaluation of different cluster solutions, profiling of final solutions, solution evaluation, design and build of website, development of supporting tool-kit including profiling systems, reports and client support interfaces.In addition, I co-ordinated and delivered client profiling projects, as well as developing a unique set of data visualisation tools which support the Personicx customer segmentation suite of products.

• Responsibilities included client liaison, supporting campaign briefs, campaign management and post campaign performance analysis• New project planning including and data auditing, cleansing and validation as well as database segmentation and production of regular KPI reports
