Bernice Glenn Kissinger is a defense technology ecosystem leader. Kissinger has served as a Board member of the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation and the Natural Energy Laboratory of Hawaii, and has been a mentor in the East-West Center Women’s “Changing Faces“ Leadership Seminar. She is Senior Vice President of the Pacific Impact Zone, a former Senior Vice President of an Other Transaction Authority Consortium Manager National Security Technology Accelerator (NSTXL), and former Senior Vice President of a National Security collaborative laboratory network supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division, Purdue University, and others. Kissinger is a graduate of Princeton University in East Asian Studies and of the National Charrette Institute at Harvard Graduate School of Design.
