As a Digital Marketing Intern, I work directly with the Engagement Director on projects to build awareness, education and insights to our clients and prospective clients. I am working on a Business Growth Story series where we interview founders of $1-25million in revenues on their company's growth and success live on podcast. I am also working on a Business Expert series interviewing various experts within different fields of business, govcon, etc.. to spread light on how our Emerging businesses can grow. We are in the business of growing other businesses and supporting them through credit and financial services.

Students from across the US and representing schools attend this event.

As Executive Director, I managed a portfolio of events to fundraise for our three non profit organizations which include the following: Boys & Girls Club of Santa Monica, Special Olympics, Children Lifesavings Club. Throughout my year as an Executive Director, I have had to connect with organizations and ask for special donations for our fundraiser events.

I managed and led Digital Television Cable team for sales of decoders and servicing our customers. I also hired top talent to work within this media industry. I coached individuals and trained them on how to approach sales and to really listen to customer's needs. I also worked on project plans to market our brand in a highly competitive market. I led the team to Tanzania's largest and annual International Trade Fair with new marketing strategies to reach our sales goals. I also helped improve brand loyalty within customers and our customer experience as whole improved during the course of time I was there.

As video editor manager. I managed and assessed current video editors on video programs, commercials, clips, stories, etc..I trained new editors for broadcasting television media. I also hired editors and video camera crew for the company. I made contracts and negotiations with local businesses for airtime, sponsorhips, scrolls, advertisements and promotions. I also used the barter system when booking deals.

I managed and assessed customer's financial needs and goals and gave them solutions to be financially successful for their future. I managed customer's portfolios, serviced relationships and cross-sold all products and services. I provided a broad base of financial and credit services with the goals of acquiring 100% of the customers' business. I achieved 2nd place in the District of Minneapolis across the board hitting all my sales and customer care metrics. I gained new customers through outbound calls, customer relationships and partner referrals.

Aa and Accounting Analyst at Rendois, I handled and created invoices for companies using telecommunication services such as: Comcast, AT&T, etc...I used Savvy Technology Managerment, Jasper, Nitro Pro software to generate invoices and file billings for companies. I also had to reconcile statements for customers.Everything had to be completed in a quick and efficient manner, it was all done with a sense of urgency.
