The Delgany Apartments - Denver, Colorado- $52 million, 428,000 GSF apartment building with 285 residential units inclusive of four levels of garage parking (two below grade), retail space on 1st floor, 3rd floor pool/amenity deck, fitness facility and club room.- Managing the design-build MPE/Fire scopes of work as well as the design, procurement and contracting of the interiors. - Responsible for delivering LEED certified building.General construction experience in project management of design/build projects. Specific project responsibilities include; due diligence and entitlement coordination, design management, constructability analysis, budgeting, value engineering, planning, permit coordination, scheduling, cost forecasting, cash flow management, subcontract buyout and administration, material procurement, quality control, tenant coordination, negotiations, problem solving, and conflict resolution. Highpointe Senior Living - Denver, Colorado- $14.5 million, Assisted Living and Memory Care facility located in Denver, Colorado. - Design assist project for Spectrum Retirement Communities, L.L.C.- Working with the design professionals to ensure a economically viable solution for a construction type unfamiliar to this client (steel frame in lieu of wood frame). - Project is currently in design and slated to begin construction in August 2012. Wide Ruins Elementary School - Wide Ruins, Arizona- $22 million, kindergarten through 6th grade school, dormitory, teacher housing and sports complex (including a baseball field, soccer field and basketball courts) in Wide Ruins, Arizona. - Design-build construction project for the Bureau of Indian Affairs. - Managing the design professionals to deliver a project within the owners budget. - Project is currently in design and slated to begin demolition of existing structures in August 2012.Sanostee Day School – Sanostee, New Mexico- $13 million, 28,000 SF kindergarten through 3rd grade day school located in the Navajo Nation. - Design-build construction project for the Bureau of Indian Affairs. - Coordinated with several entities such as Navajo Tribal Utility Authority, Navajo Water Code Authority, Navajo Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Safety and Risk Management, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Bureau of Indian Education, Indian Health Services, School Board etc. to help assist the owner with various entitlement and design issues.- Managed the design professionals to deliver drawing submittals within the allotted schedule as well as helped coordinate various design issues that affect both architectural elements and engineering. - Responsible for delivering a LEED Silver certified building

Oneida Cold Storage Warehouse – Phase IV – Henderson, Colorado- $12 million, 141,150 SF cold storage warehouse expansion. - Phase I – III are functioning at full capacity throughout the duration of Phase IV.- Warehouse freezer space has capacity to range in temperature from -20° to +32° Fahrenheit.- Worked on project through the design phase.

LEED AccreditedUniversity Physicians Inc., II - Aurora, Colorado - $47 million, 192,000 SF six story steel structure office building with four story post tensioned parking garage as well as a 14,000 SF Health Care Policy & Research tenant improvement. - Put project on track for LEED Gold Certification in spite of being contracted to deliver LEED Silver. - Tenant improvement finished four (4) weeks ahead of schedule and under budget. - Led the design of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and structure by managing the expectations of the architect and owner while keeping in mind the budgetary constraints of the project. Parkside Office Plaza at Inverness - Englewood, Colorado - $10 million, 132,000 SF four story tilt office consisting of tuck under parking. First four story tilt construction in Colorado. - Project was completed under budget and on schedule. - Drove LEED Gold Certification when project was contracted for LEED Certified. - Achieved 82% construction waste recycling by proactively working with subcontractors and waste management. - Wrote and incorporated LEED requirements into the project specifications special conditions. The Shoppes at Arapahoe Commons - Centennial, Colorado (Entitlement Only) - 10.5 acre parcel to rezone and replat. - Coordinated with the City of Aurora, Centennial and CDOT to rezone, replat and complete the entitlement of the property for the retail development plan. - Participated in multiple neighborhood HOA town hall meetings in order to get approval for the rezoning.

Worked as a co-op in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office on the following projects:John P. Raynor, S.J. Memorial Library - Milwaukee, Wisconsin - $50 million, 125,000 SF three story Marquette University campus library constructed of pre-cast panels. - Assisted in the fire restoration efforts. Coordinated various contractors to keep project on schedule. - Compiled closeout documentation including As-Builts and warranties. - Created Operation & Maintenance manuals for our Property Management Department and Marquette University. Various Tenant Improvements - Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Coordinated flood restoration project, including managing subcontractors to demo and replace damaged infrastructure. - Completed projects on time and under budget.

Worked as a co-op in the Phoenix, Arizona construction department on the following project:Mohave County Administration Offices - Kingman, Arizona - $20 million, 130,000 SF three story tilt construction office that was LEED certified. - Continued education in requirements of U.S. Green Building Council and maintained documentation of the Mohave office building to ensure that the project was on target to become a LEED Certified Building.
