Managing budgets, cash flow, profit and loss fully aware of what a good month or a bad month could mean for the overall business. Developing the people you work with so they can grow and perform at their best. Developing a strategy that can take you to the heights you want to reach, executing and constantly evaluating if you are going in the right direction. Being the best version of yourself you can be everyday so you can inspire and lead through the good and bad days. This is but a few examples of business and the experiences gained throughout that journey. Stepping out your comfort zone is where the real growth sits!These experiences have been gained in a variety of business settings ranging from Soft Drinks Manufacturing and Distribution, Early Years Education, Retail, Hospitality, Property and now Travel and Holiday Accommodation.Within this journey of learning and discovery i have noted that you have got to be the best version of yourself more often than not to get the best out of yourself and those who you work with. With this wisdom i embarked on a degree in Performance Psychology. This has provided me with the knowledge, combined with my experiences to understand further what drives and improves human performance not only in my domain of business but in sport also.I now combine my business interests with working with individuals/groups across business and sport to unlock what might be holding their potential and performance back in achieving the best version of themselves.
